Meet the Judges
Caelest -
You know her from such sites as The Pixel Corner and The Doller's Digest, but she's back in action with the MDF '08 pageant!
Cael is the co-manager of the pageant and will be handling many of the updates.
She is a creative doller who has a very good eye for detail.
She did many of the concepts regarding the pageant.
Dena - The owner of Dena's Dreams and mistress of The Catwalk, is the other co-manager of Miss Doll Fantasy. Responsible for much of the insanity around here; that, most of the graphics and the layout as well.
Pyro - A well-known (revered?) member of the dolling community, Pyro of Pyrochan.net is bringing some gravitas to the judging panel. As a traditional and graphic art student, Pyro has several years of experience at dolling and other forms of digital art. In addition, Pyro was last year's MDF winner!
Alora - Alora of Valinor Dolls is, like many in the dolling world, a real-life art student. She brings a few years of dolling experience, a sparkly personality, and excellent skills as a CC'er to the judges' table.
Vishael - The Effervescence queen, Vishael, has been dolling for approximately five years, and has become known as an active member of the dolling community. She brings irreverence and silliness to the judges' table, a must-have for every pageant worth its beans.
Suzy - Suzy of DHF will be appearing as one of MDF's judges. She has long been known as one of the fantasy doll "standards" in the dolling community and here she brings her knowledge and experience to the judges' ring.
Rev - Rev of Pixelphilia [hiatus] is a popular but reclusive doller who surfaces this time as a contest judge for MDF. With a dry sense of humor and an excellent eye for light sourcing and (often) forgotten details, she rounds out our judges' panel for 2008.
