.:General Rules:.
1.) No frankendolling or use of drag & drop dollmakers whatsoever. Make your own art.
2.) All entries must be in a transparent GIF or PNG format.
3.) Submit your entries to missdollfantasy@gmail.com (Use your country name as the subject.) Please include the following:
Your Name: (Tagboard nickname and/or real name)
Your Site/DeviantArt: (If none, then your email will do)
Base Credit: (A must!)
Climate: (Temperate, Hot or Cold)
The Entry: (Whether attached or linked)
4.) Any overdue entries will be disqualified.
.:Countries:.
1.) You may enter up to 2 reservations.
2.) No two entries may have the same country name.
3.) You may not use names from published works.
4.) You may not use previous MDF entry names. (Unless with permission from the creator.)
5.) When reserving a country, include whether the climate is Temperate, Hot or Cold & a contact either by e-mail or website.
6.) Reservations will become null on March 6th at 11:59 pm EST. (After that, it's a free for all.)
.:Auditions:.
1.) You may enter up to 2 contestants.
2.) Entries must be female in casual wear.
3.) Any base may be used provided the total doll is no wider than 375 pixels.
4.) Must have the entry's full name, country name and flag.
5.) Animation and backgrounds are allowed but keep them small.
6.) If you have any questions, ask on the tagboard.
7.) Entries are due March 13th at 11:59 pm EST.
.:Trio Round:.
1.) You must use from the same base set as the Auditions entry.
2.) Entries must be in the following order: War, Ambassador, Formal or Royalty.
3.) Entries must be in one image and no wider than 750 pixels.
4.) No text is needed.
5.) Animation, backgrounds and props are allowed but keep them small.
6.) If you have any questions, ask on the tagboard.
7.) Entries are due December 13th at 11:59 pm EST.
.:Judging and Voting:.
1.) Voting will take 2 weeks each time, you only poll once per round!
2.) A percentage of the public votes will go to the scoring.
3.) Judges will have a standard scoring system.

Sectioning point system
Clothing Design: 1-5 points
Character Design: 1-5 points
Flag Design: 1-5 points
Shading: 1-5 points
Overall Presentation: 1-10 points
Public Poll: 20% (Public chooses 10)
Lowest and highest scores per entry will be discarded.

1.) Open Country Reservations and Audition entries Jan 22nd.
2.) Country Reservations become null March 6th.
3.) Audition entries due March 13th. Voting starts.
4.) Voting ends March 27th.
5.) Awards given, finalists notified, open final round August 7th.
6.) Commitment emails acquired October 25th-31st.
7.) Final entries due December 13th. Voting starts.
8.) Voting ends December 27th. Awards given, winners notified. End of MDF 2009.
